Survived by her children Suzanne, Sherry, Michael (Melissa), and Erik, grandchildren Patrick, Matthew, Christopher, Kelly, Claire, Kelsey, Michael, Ryan, Isabella, Parker, Christian, and Joey, and great-grandchildren Tristin, Olivia, Owen, Sophia, Colton, Dylan, Poppy, and Tommy. She also leaves behind numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins. Terese is now reunited in the afterlife with her husband Kenneth Carlson, parents Anthony and Eleanor Minervini, son-in-law Michael Wayda, daughter-in-law Shannon Carlson, and brother Thomas Minervini.
As a proud Forman High School alumna, Terese turned her surroundings into a canvas of her unbridled creativity, infusing every corner with her effervescent cheer and the aroma of her renowned rosettes – a culinary treasure capable of fostering global harmony!
Her passion for painting seamlessly mirrored her heartfelt interest in crocheting, crafting vibrant masterpieces as lively as her spirited nature. Not to be overlooked was her fondness for the sun, shoreline, and all things Florida, with rumors circulating about her sunscreen hoard capable of tending to the bronzed needs of Baywatch. If joy were a tradable asset, Terese would have served as a repository of happiness, with her sunny demeanor and boundless compassion.
In a world often draped in seriousness, Terese Jeanine Carlson was a beacon of mirth, illustrating that life's hurdles are best tackled with a chuckle. A one-woman comedy exhibit, she peppered our lives with indelible smiles and the echo of her laughter. Here's to Terese, the luminary who shared the wisdom that challenges are best met with a smile, a paintbrush in hand, and perhaps a crochet hook or two. As the curtains draw to a close, let the applause reverberate – Terese, take your final and well-deserved bow.
Visitation for Terese will be held at Jackson Creek Fellowship Church on Saturday, January 18, 2025, from 10:00 a.m. until the 2:00 p.m. service, which will be followed by a luncheon at the church. As per Terese's wishes, cremation will follow. Arrangements entrusted to Forsythe Gould Funeral Home.
