Patricia R. Lewis | O'Neil Funeral Home And Heritage Crematory - Lockport
Patricia R. Lewis (nee Ruguone), aged 86, from Chicago, IL, passed away after a life filled with various careers and loving roles. She married Richard C. Lewis in 1955 and together they raised their daughter in a home filled with warmth and care. Patricia enjoyed a long life dedicated to family, crafts, cooking, and caring for their pets. She was known for her kindness, selflessness, and quiet strength in difficult times. Patricia is survived by her husband, daughter, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents, siblings, and other family members. A graveside service will be held on Monday, December 2, 2024, at Fairmount Willow Hills Cemetery in Willow Springs.
