City of Lockport Committee of the Whole met Nov. 13.

Special Joint Workshop Meeting of the City Council and Plan & Zoning Commission was held on Wednesday, November 13, 2024 in the Board Room, 3rd Floor, of the Central Square Building, 222 E. Ninth Street, Lockport, Illinois. Mayor, Steve Streit, called the Meeting to order at 7:00 p.m.

1. Workshop on the future of the Star Innovation District

Director of Community & Economic Development, Lance Thies, informed the Council and Commission about the goals for tonight’s workshop. Workshop led by consultant company Arcadis, Erich Dohrer and LeeAnn Tomas-Foster.
