MOTION TO APPROVE THE PLAN AND ZONING COMMISSION MEETING MINUTES FROM OCTOBER 8, 2024 AS PRESENTED. MOTION MADE BY LIKINS, SECONDED BY PETERS. MOTION CARRIED BY VOICE VOTE.
Concern raised by Dave Oxley regarding confusion in the October meeting related to whether or not there was a reverter clause. Oxley has requested more details be provided in future meetings to avoid this type of confusion.
PUBLIC HEARING
PZC 2024 - 005 SPECIAL USE PERMIT FOR A GAS STATION WITH CONVENIENCE STORE AND FINAL DEVELOPMENT PLAN REVIEW FOR THE PROPERTY AT THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF 151ST AND ARCHER AVE
Staff is requesting a continuation of this case to be rescheduled to the December 10th PZC Agenda.
