1. Consider for Approval an Ordinance Granting a Variance to allow stucco siding materials on the first floor of the dwelling, in lieu of the Exterior Construction Standards [§75-66 (Applicability and scope: new and existing buildings and structures; additions, alterations, reconstructions, and replacements of existing structures) of the Code of the Village of Homer Glen], for certain real property located in the R 2 Single Family Residential District at 12357 W. Mackinac Rd., Homer Glen, Illinois.].
2. Consider for Approval an Ordinance Approving a Final Plat of Re-Subdivision of Lot 5 in Menard’s Subdivision for certain real property generally located in the C-2 Local Business District on Lots 4 & 5 of the Menards Subdivision, Homer Glen, Illinois. [CASE NO. HG-2301- PUD].
3. Consider for Approval Pay Estimate 3 for DDD Construction for the Heritage Park Parking Expansion Project in the Amount of $738,789.23.
4. Consider for Approval the Reduction of the Letter of Credit for The Villas of Old Oak development, to the new amount of $205,257.37, and move into the Two-Year Maintenance Period in accordance with Village Code.
5. Consider for Approval an Ordinance for text amendments to Chapter 220, “Zoning”, Attachment 2 “Table 2 Use and Bulk Tables for Non-residential Districts” of the Zoning Code of the Village of Homer Glen, to allow Body Piercing Establishments in the C-2 (local business) and C-3 (general business) zone districts upon obtaining approval of a special use permit [HG-2421-A].
6. Consider for Approval an Ordinance for text amendments to Chapter 220 “Zoning” of the Zoning Code of the Village of Homer Glen, specifically §220-1005(C)(6)(b), regarding temporary signs for business promotion and Chapter 114 “Fees”, specifically §114-12, regarding Building Department fees [HG-2422-A].
7. Consider for Approval an Ordinance Amending §83-68 of the Homer Glen Code, Decreasing the Number of Class B Liquor Licenses by Two (Brinker Restaurant Corporation d/b/a Chili’s Grill and Bar and The Orient Cafe’ Inc. d/b/a Orient Café).
8. Consider a Motion Approving Payment for the Village of Homer Glen’s October Legal Bills from Peterson, Johnson and Murray in the Amount of $24,148.91.
