BEECHER, Oct. 29, 2024 - Harry Mokry, a Korean War Army veteran and former manager at a Wisconsin Steel Plant, passed away after a brief illness at the age of 96. Born in Chicago on September 2, 1928, he is survived by his wife of 75 years, Geraldine, and multiple children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, November 5, 2024, at Hack-Jensen Funeral Home in Beecher from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. A funeral service will be held at 9:00 a.m. on Wednesday, October 6, 2024, at St. Paul the Apostle Catholic Church in Peotone, Illinois. Burial will follow at Abraham Lincoln National Cemetery in Elwood.
