William Bernard Bridgeford, known as Bill, passed away on Thursday, October 31, 2024, at Advent Bolingbrook Hospital at the age of 79. He was a respected member of the Carillon Lakes Community and a dedicated US Army Veteran. Bill served as a Manager for the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Cook County for 33 years before retiring in 1995. He is survived by his wife Susan, son Marc, sister Nancy, grandchildren Nicolas and Madalyn, and other loving family members. A memorial visitation will be held on Saturday, November 16, 2024, at Anderson Memorial Home in Plainfield, with a celebration of his life to follow. Cremation rites will be conducted privately with Military Honors at Abraham Lincoln National Cemetery.
