Henry A. Bohlman, aged 81, of Merrillville, Indiana, passed away on Wednesday, October 16, 2024, at his home. He is survived by his daughters Natalie Behm, Jennifer Bohlman, Stephanie Bohlman, siblings Ruth Shipman, Ellie Brooks, Richard Bohlman, grandchildren Jacob Behm, Trevor Behm, Morgan Bohlman, Miles Bohlman, Ella Bohlman, Owen Lichstein, great-grandchildren Riley, Claire, and Haley Behm. He was predeceased by his parents, Henry and Frieda Bohlmann (Siekmann).

Henry was an active member of St. Paul Lutheran Church in Matteson. He previously worked at McArthur Farms in Florida and Allis-Chalmers in Illinois. Henry was known as a devoted Chicago Cubs fan who enjoyed spending time with his family, especially his siblings, nieces, nephews, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.

A visitation will be held at Kurtz Memorial Chapel in Frankfort, IL on Sunday, October 20, 2024, and at St. Paul Lutheran Church in Matteson on Monday, October 21, 2024. Interment will follow at Immanuel Lutheran Cemetery in Richton Park, IL.
