1. Approve the Regular Meeting Minutes from October 1, 2024

2. Approve the Accounts Payable Report

3. Approve Ordinance No. 24-10-15-01, An Ordinance Rezoning Certain Property to the I-5 Large Scale Planned Industrial Zoning District (Elion Logistics Park 55) PIN 03-17-21-300-023-0000

4. Approve the estimate from DJ’s Heating and Air Conditioning to replace a gas tube heater in the second building at Public Works for a price not to exceed $5,900

5. Approve the quote from Conley Excavating to replace the drive-thru lane at City Hall with concrete and to add an inlet drain with an open lid for a cost not to exceed $18,340

6. Approve the quote from Overhead Door Company of Joliet to install a roll-up garage door at the Pump House for a cost not to exceed $8,891.84

7. Approve Resolution No. 2024-13, Approve Resolution for Improvement Under the Illinois Highway Code for the Park Street Improvement Project

8. Approve the repairs made by J+A Fleet Maintenance to equipment #47 for a total cost of $9,792.12
