Marlene R. Wirth, aged 87, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, October 8, 2024 at Warren Barr of Orland Park. She is survived by her husband, Ronald K. Wirth; her children, Richard, Kenneth Eugene, and David Ray Wirth; grandchildren Matthew, Jeremy, Lindsay, and Kenneth Wirth; great-grandchildren Nixon, Camille, Jack, Molly, Cameron, Hannah, Lucas, Ashton, and Lianah; as well as her sister Peggy Forgy; and numerous nieces and nephews. Marlene spent years serving in the Red Cross and enjoyed various activities including gardening, painting, crafting, and bowling.
Services for Marlene will be held on Saturday, October 12, 2024, with a visitation from 9 a.m. until the time of the funeral service at 12 p.m. She will be laid to rest privately.
