2. Consider for Approval an Ordinance Granting a Variance to permit a mix of stone and engineered wood siding materials on the first floor of the dwelling, in lieu of the Exterior Construction Standards [§75-67A (Applicability and scope: type of building or structure) of the Code of the Village of Homer Glen], for certain real property located in the R-2 Single Family Residential District at 18222 S. Spring Meadows Dr., Mokena, Illinois.

3. Consider for Approval a Temporary Business Retention Sign for Grove Valley Center, 15741-15761 S. Bell Road, from Integrity Sign in the amount of $6,110.00.

4. Consider for Approval the Payment of the Village of Homer Glen’s August Legal Bills from Peterson, Johnson and Murray in the Amount of $28,181.50.
