1. Consider for Approval the Accounts Payable for the Period of July 26, 2024 through August 15, 2024 in the amount of $349,845.34.

2. Consider for Approval Resolution No. 24-012, approving an Intergovernmental Agreement between the County of Will and the Village of Homer Glen, providing for Animal Control Services in Homer Glen, Will County, Illinois

3. Consider for Approval Resolution No. 24-015, authorizing the Execution of an Agreement with HR Green to undertake an Engineering and Design Process for Drainage Improvements for the Pine Hill Estates subdivision.

4. Consider for Approval a Motion to allow the Facilities Department to proceed with obtaining quotes to install a new, Electronic Gate Opener on the South Gate at the Public Works Building.

5. Consider for Approval the purchase of a Ford F-550 with a plow from Currie Ford in the amount of $112,203.00.

6. Consider for Approval the updated quote for 2 International Plow Trucks in the total amount of $502,449.44 from Rush Truck/Henderson Equipment, which includes the previously approved amount of $452,707.58 from 2022, and now includes the additional sum of $49,741.86 to the previously approved amount.

1. Consider for Approval the Mayor’s Appointment of Dr. Joyal Akkawi to the Ability Awareness Committee.

2. Consider for Approval an Ordinance granting [1] a Special Use Permit for an Indoor Religious Use and [2] a Site Plan, for certain real property located in the R-4 Single-Family Residence District at 13030 W. 143rd Street, Homer Glen, Illinois. [HG-2414-SP].

3. Consider for Approval a Motion to pull from the table [HG-2407-V], and -if approved- Consider for Approval an Ordinance granting a Variance to reduce the required side yard setback for a shed under seven hundred and fifty (750) square feet from ten (10) to one point eight nine (1.89) feet for certain real property located in the R-2A Single-Family Residential District at 14040 S. Cedar Rd, Homer Glen, Illinois. [HG-2407-V].

Consider for Approval a Motion to pull from the table [HG-2306-SMPV], and -if approvedConsider for Approval an Ordinance Granting [1] a Map Amendment from R-5 Single-Family Residential to C-1 Neighborhood Commercial; [2] a Site Improvement Plan for a parking lot expansion with related variances; [3] a Variance to reduce the minimum required parking stall depth from nineteen (19) feet to eighteen (18) feet; and [4] a Variance to increase the maximum allowable lot coverage/impervious from sixty-five (65) percent to seventy-seven (77) percent; and Additional Variances are granted for existing legal non-conforming conditions of the property commonly known as 12635 W 143rd Street, Homer Glen, Illinois and for the property legally described in Exhibit A in the Ordinance. 5. Consider for Approval a Motion to pull from the table the issue of the Video Gaming License for Nikki’s Bar & Gaming, and – if approved -- Consider a request for the Village Board to reverse the denial of a Video Gaming License for Nikki’s Bar & Gaming. 

6. Consider for Approval the Village of Homer Glen Emergency Operations Plan.

7. Consider for Approval the Mayor and Village Board Standard Operating Procedures No. 017.

Consider for Approval an Ordinance Granting a Variance to permit a mix of stone and fiber cement siding materials on the first floor of the dwelling, in lieu of the Exterior Construction Standards [§75-67A (Applicability and scope: type of building or structure) of the Code of the Village of Homer Glen], for certain real property located in the R-1 Single Family Residential District at 14530 W. 143RD St., Homer Glen, Illinois.

Consider for Approval a Motion to pull from the table [HG-2317-PUD], and -if approvedConsider for Approval an Ordinance Granting [1] a Final Plat of Subdivision; [2] a Major Amendment to the Special Use Permit for the Stonebridge Woods Planned Unit Development (PUD); and [3] a Map Amendment from C-3 General Business to A-1 Agricultural, for certain real property located on that portion of Lot 80 of the Stonebridge Woods PUD, Homer Glen, Illinois, legally described in Exhibit A; and, [1] a Final Plat of Consolidation; [2] a Variance to reduce the lot area from ten (10) acres to two and a half (2.5) acres; [3] a Variance to reduce the lot width and lot frontage from the required three hundred and thirty (330) feet to twohundred (200) feet; and [4] a Variance to increase the rear setback for accessory structures from ten (10) feet to thirty (30) feet, for certain real property located in the A-1 Agricultural District at 13955 W 159th Street, Homer Glen, Illinois. described in Exhibit B.
