5. MAYOR'S REPORT
Mayor Noak shared his condolences to Blanche and the entire Smith family on the passing of Charlie Smith. He contributed a lot to our community. He will be missed. The Will County Governmental League had a great turn out for their luncheon last week.

ORD24-1900 An Ordinance Approving a Special Use Permit for a Planned Unit Development- General Development Plan for Sable Creek Winery, LLC at 1876 W. Airport Rd.
A motion was made by Trustee Griffin, seconded by Trustee Palmiter, that this Ordinance be Approved. The motion carried by the following vote:
Aye: 5 - Trustee Chavez, Trustee Clancy, Trustee Aguirre, Trustee Palmiter, and Trustee Griffin
Absent: 1 - Trustee Richards
Non-voting: 1 - Mayor Noak
RES24-3744 A Resolution Approving an Agreement with the American Red Cross (Lifeguard Training Services)
A motion was made by Trustee Clancy, seconded by Trustee Griffin, that this Resolution be Approved. The motion carried by a unanimous vote.
10. BOARD COMMENTS
Trustee Chavez- Condolences to the Smith family. Early voting is March 4th- 15th at Village Hall from 8:30 AM- 3:30 PM. White Fence Farm has a new train display. They have great food.
Trustee Palmiter- Condolences to Blanche and the Smith family on the passing of Charlie. Welcome to Sable Creek Winery. That is an exciting project.
Trustee Griffin- The Veterans Commission is offering two scholarships; ROTC Students and Child/ Grandchild of a Veteran. Applications are due on April 12th. Condolences to the Smith family. The 15th of March is the VVEEF dinner. Everyone is welcome to attend.
Trustee Clancy- Keep Romeoville Beautiful's next meeting is March 7th.
They are hosting their poster contest and submissions are due March 31st.
The Party in Pink Zumba fundraiser is this Friday. The Bunny Bash is Friday, March 22nd. The Aqua Egg Hunt is Sunday, March 24th.
Condolences to the Charlie Smith Family.
Trustee Aguirre- Condolences to Blanch Smith and the Smith family for the passing of Charlie. Welcome to Sable Creek Winery. The Fire and Police Commission meeting is Tuesday, March 12th. The next meeting of the Conservation and Sustainability Committee is March 13th.

No Executive Session was held at this meeting.
