1. Consider for Approval the Accounts Payable for the Period of February 17, 2024 through February 29, 2024 in the Amount of $395,150.81.

L. LEGISLATION AND ACTION ITEMS

1. Consider for Approval an Ordinance granting a request for [1] a Special Use Permit for a Single-family home, on a lot of less than 10 acres of land area but at least one acre in size and [2] Vehicle access across the lot to the east (Lot 1 of the Long Run Estates Subdivision) where no lot shall be used for motor vehicle access to any other lot or land unless such access has been approved by the Village Board for certain real property located in the A-1 Agriculture District at PIN 1605041000100000.

2. Consider for Approval an Ordinance requesting an Extension of Ordinance 23-016 that granted [1] a Special Use Permit for a Major Amendment to the Homer Glen Bell Plaza Planned Unit Development (PUD) with certain exceptions; [2] a Special Use Permit for a drive-through establishment; and [3] a Site Plan, for certain real property generally located in the C-2 Local Business District at 14402 S Bell Road, Lot 1 of the Squisito Place Subdivision and also Lot 8 of the Homer Glen Bell Plaza PUD, Homer Glen, Illinois. [HG-2226-PUD, Lot 8 of Homer Glen Bell Plaza].

3. Consider for Approval an Ordinance Granting a Variance to permit a mix of brick, stone and stucco siding materials on the first floor of the dwelling, in lieu of the Exterior Construction Standards [§75-67A (Applicability and scope: type of building or structure) of the Code of the Village of Homer Glen], for certain real property located in the R-3 Single Family Residential District at 13914 W. Erin Ln., Homer Glen, Illinois.

4. Consider a Motion to Approve a Site Feasibility Study, to be performed by HR Green, to evaluate and estimate costs for the construction of a wastewater treatment facility on potential Sites 1 through 5 within the Corporate Limits of the Village of Homer Glen.
