Executive Director Schultz was asked to give an explanation of the amended Procurement Ordinance. Schultz stated the procurement addresses the Forest Preserve’s professional services selection process in line with the requirements of State and Federal funding programs, with regard to suspension and debarment of potential consultants as part of the professional services selection process.
