K. CONSENT AGENDA

1. Consider for Approval the Accounts Payable for the Period of November 10, 2023 through December 14, 2023 in the Amount of $1,678,062.42.

L. LEGISLATION AND ACTION ITEMS

1. Consider for Approval Payment of the Village of Homer Glen’s September Legal Bills from Peterson, Johnson and Murray in the Amount of $14,553.50.

2. Consider for Approval Ordinance No. 23-066, a request for [1] a Map Amendment from R-3A Single-Family Residential to R-2 Single-Family Estate Residential; [2] a Variance to reduce the west side setback for the existing principal structure from the required twenty (20) feet to twelve (12) feet; [3] a Variance to reduce the west side setback for the existing open front porch from the required ten (10) feet to nine (9) feet; and [4] a Variance for existing lot width from the required one-hundred fifty (150) feet to one hundred forty-seven (147) feet; for certain real property located in the R-3A Single-Family Residential District at 12513 W Hadley Road, Homer Glen, Illinois. [HG-2323-AV].

3. Consider for Approval Ordinance No. 23-067, a request for (1) a Map Amendment from A-1 Agricultural to P-1 Government Buildings & Public Schools, (2) Special Use Permit for an Education Facility (School), (3) Site Plan approval, (4) a Variance to eliminate the requirement for parking lot island landscaping within the proposed oval shaped north lot, and (5) A Variance to reduce the amount of a dense evergreen screening between off street parking areas larger than 4 spaces that are adjacent to property zoned for residential use. This variance request applies to the proposed parking adjacent to the north property line; all for certain real property located in the A-1 Agricultural District at 15711, 15731 and 15733 S. Bell Road, Homer Glen, Illinois, [HG-2321-ASPV].

4. Consider for Approval Ordinance No. 23-068, an Ordinance Providing for the Addition of Parker Road (CH 1) from the New Lenox-Homer Township line northerly 1.04 miles to north edge of pavement of Chicago Bloomington Trail/Hadley Road, in its entirety, and Chicago Bloomington Trail/Hadley Road from the west edge of pavement of Parker Road easterly and northeasterly 2.10 miles to the Will-Cook county line, in its entirety, a distance of approximately 3.14 miles, be added to the Village Street System.

5. Consider for Approval the Reduction of the Letter of Credit for Gas N Wash Gougar Road, to the new amount of $43,539.80, in accordance with Village Code.

6. Consider for Approval the Reduction of the Letter of Credit for Phase 2 of The Square at Gooding’s Grove development, to the new amount of $23,152.19, in accordance with Village Code.

7. Consider for Approval Pay Estimate 1 for the Heritage Park Parking Expansion Project in the Amount of $520,694.78.

8. Consider for Approval Ordinance 23-065 Amending Article VII of Chapter 83 of the Code of the Village of Homer Glen Providing for the Control of Alcoholic Liquor.
