J. COMMENTS BY PUBLIC

Chair VanDuyne entertained comments by the public. Donna Malanca from Will County Trail Riders had a question regarding the Plum Creek Greenway Trail plan to connect it to Goodenow Grove and is it going to used for true multi use including equestrian, Executive Director Schultz answered it is not. Ms. Malanca asked a question about item number 6 on the agenda will the Village of Manhattan be responsible for the trail connection from Marion Street to the Wauponsee Glacial Trail and can they pave anyway they choose, Schultz answered yes. Ms. Malanca is concerned over the lack of trails for equestrian riders. Discussion followed among the members of the Committee.
