8. Consider for Approval Ordinance No. 23-030, an Ordinance Assigning an Available Class B Liquor License (Restaurant and Bar) to Castleford Entertainment & Gaming, LLC – 14411 S. Bell Road (Owner Joseph Parente) d.b.a. Nikki’s Pub, Located at, 14411 S. Bell Rd., Homer Glen.

9. Consider for Approval Ordinance No. 23-031 an Ordinance requesting an Extension of Ordinance 21- 025 that granted, (1) an Amendment to the Planned Unit Development with an exception to reduce the required parking from two-hundred sixty-seven (267) spaces to one-hundred forty-nine (149) spaces, (2) Site Plan approval, and (3) a Variance to Exterior Construction Standards for certain real property located in the C-3 General Business District at 15624 Marian Drive, Homer Glen Illinois.

10. Consider for Approval a Motion Retaining Ruettiger, Tonelli & Associates, Inc. (RT&A) for professional GIS services for 2023-2026.

11. Consider for Approval a Quote from Wiss, Janney, Elstner Associates, Inc. to Provide Professional Services related to the Condition Assessment of the Village of Homer Glen Public Works Building for the Village of Homer Glen, in the amount of $9,500.00.

12. Consider for Approval the Proposal from J&F Concrete Lifting for the 2023 Mudjacking Program.

13. Consider for Approval the Quote from Door Systems to furnish and install an electronic gate system for the Public Works property of the Village of Homer Glen, in the amount of $12,394.00.

14. Consider for Approval the Whiteline Construction, Inc. bid for the 2023 Sidewalk and Curb Repair and Replacement Program, in the amount of $124,550.00.
