1. Consider for Approval the Accounts Payable for the Period of April 28, 2023 through May 11, 2023 in the Amount of $651,193.66.

2. Consider for Approval Payment of the Village of Homer Glen’s March 2023 Legal Bills from Mahoney, Silverman & Cross, LLC in the Amount of $3,217.50.

1. Consider for Approval Resolution No. 23-009, recognizing the accomplishments of Ice Allstars Blue Dynasty.

2. Consider for Approval Ordinance No. 23-024 a request for an Amendment to the Planned Unit Development (PUD) granted by Ordinance No. 17-023 for an exception to increase the maximum permitted height of a fence and any associated gates located in the front yard from four (4) feet to six (6) feet for certain real property located at 13341 W. 151st Street, Homer Glen, Illinois, [HG-2310-S, Bengtson’s].

3. Consider for Approval Ordinance No. 23-021 a request for [1] a Variance to increase the maximum permitted height of a fence located in a front yard from four (4) feet to six (6) feet and [2] a Variance to allow a fence to be installed on a lot with no principle structure (no house), as the Village Code requires that accessory uses must exist or be proposed to exist in connection with a principle use for certain real property located in the R-4 Single Family Residential District on Lot 52 in Twin Lakes Unit 1, with a common address of 15757 Twin Lakes Drive, Homer Glen, Illinois [HG-2307-V].

4. Consider for Approval Ordinance No. 23-022 a request for a Variance from the 75-55. A. the Gross Emission of Light requirement to increase the maximum lumens per acre from 100,000 to 150,400 for certain real property commonly known as 14298 S Bell Road, Homer Glen, Illinois (McDonald’s Corporation and Franchise Realty Investment Trust – IL, a Maryland Corporation).

5. Consider for Approval Ordinance No. 23-025 a request for a Variance to permit an accessory structure in the corner side yard where accessory structures are not a permitted obstruction for certain real property located in the R-2 Single-Family Residence District at 13550 W. Dokter Place, Homer Glen, Illinois [HG-2309-V].

6. Consider for Approval Resolution No. 23-007, a Resolution Establishing the Memorial Tree and Marker Program.

7. Consider for Approval one of two (2) quotes to replace and install the exterior doors on the concession stand at the sports field/park at 15354 W 151st Street in the Village of Homer Glen.

8. Consider for Approval one of three (3) quotes to replace roofing boards as needed and all roofs on the baseball concession stand, the shelter and football wellhouse, at the Town Center Park in the Village of Homer Glen.

9. Consider for Approval one (1) of the two (2) quotes for resurfacing of the Tennis Courts and Basketball courts at Stonebridge Park.

10. Consider for Approval the addition and installation of option 2 on the quote, for a tennis backboard for the tennis courts at Heritage Park, from U.S. Tennis Courts, for the amount of $15,300.

11. Consider for Approval a Motion to Lease the vacant property at the corner of 151st Street and Crème Road, Homer Glen, Illinois for $525.00 per month.

12. Consider for approval the Whiteline Construction, Inc. bid for the 2023 Sidewalk and Curb Repair and Replacement Program, in the amount of $124,550.00

13. Consider for Approval the Vulcan Construction Materials, LLC. bid for Stone and Gravel for 2023, in the amount of $40,179.00.

14. Consider for Approval the Preform Traffic Control, LTD bid for providing road striping services. 15. Consider for Approval Resolution No. 23-010, Rescinding Resolution No. 22-011.
