A motion was made by Councilwoman Sherri Reardon, seconded by Councilman Joe Clement to approve the Minutes for January 17, 2023.

The motion carried by the following vote:

Councilman Joe Clement inquired about the City Water bills and the days required for payment due by the residents. Brief discussion was held.
