REGULAR MEETING of the City Council of the City of Lockport, Illinois was held on Wednesday, February 15, 2023 in the Board Room, 3rd Floor, of the Central Square Building, 222 E. Ninth Street, Lockport, Illinois. Mayor Steve Streit called the Meeting to order at 7:30 p.m.

MOTION TO APPROVE RESOLUTION NO. 23-009 AN AGREEMENT WITH BNSF RAILWAY COMPANY FOR A PRIVATE RAILWAY CROSSING ON THE FORMER CHEVRON BUSINESS PARK PROPERTY. MOTION BY GILLOGLY, SECONDED BY SABAN. The certificate, if awarded tonight, would support fencing and gate work. Once completed, there is a cure period, then the final work.

MOTION TO APPROVE RESOLUTION NO. 23-013 AWARDING OLD 9TH STREET @ BNSF RAILROAD QUITE ZONE PROJECT TO GALLAGHER ASPHALT CONSTRUCTION IN THE AMOUNT OF $358,758,92. MOTION BY GILLOGLY, SECONDED BY MCDONALD. ROLL CALL VOTE ON THE MOTION:
