CITIZENS SPEAK:
Visitors are always welcome to all public meetings of the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Crete. Interested parties wishing to speak should identify their intent to speak, they then may give their name and where they reside if they so choose and then make their comment. Persons may also provide their address privately to the Village Clerk if they so choose; persons are advised that addresses are considered private information under the Freedom of Information Act and thus are exempt from disclosure pursuant to any Freedom of Information Act request. However, in order to give proper consideration to all items on the agenda, the President has the authority to limit participants in debates and will close repetitive or abusive remarks. In addition, public comment rules are posted in the board room.

COMMUNICATIONS:
1. A thank you note was received from the Crete Country Christmas Committee for the financial sponsorship and support from all the Village Officials and Public Works Department helping to make Crete Country Christmas a success.
2. Reminder: Crete Masonic Lodge Pancake Breakfast April 2, 2023 from 8 am to 1 pm.
3. Reminder: The Bunny Hop, presented by The Crete Chamber of Commerce will be held April 1st to April 8th,2023 at as many as ten participating local businesses. Patrons need to wear bunny ears when vising those participating businesses to be entered into a drawing for the possibility of winning one of three prizes. More information is forthcoming including the list of participating businesses.
OLD BUSINESS:
1. Discussion on possible plans for the pollination gardens on village property. Board action may be taken.
2. Resolution No. 2023- : A Resolution Authorizing the Sale of Certain Village-Owned Parcels of Surplus Public Real Estate Located Along E. Richton Road. Board action may be taken.

NEXT MEETING ACTIVITY: The next regular Village Board Meeting will be held at the Municipal Building on March 27, 2023 at 7:00 p.m.
Other Meeting Activity: Fire and Police Commission will meet on Wednesday, March 15, 2023 at 7 pm in the Municipal Building, 425 W. Exchange Street. Public Hearing held on Friday, March 17th, 2023 at Noon in the Municipal Building regarding lead service lines in the Village and hosted by Robinson Engineering.
