REGULAR MEETING of the City Council of the City of Lockport, Illinois was held on Wednesday, February 1, 2023 in the Board Room, 3rd Floor, of the Central Square Building, 222 E. Ninth Street, Lockport, Illinois. Mayor Steve Streit called the Meeting to order at 7:17 p.m.

3. FN-1. Payroll Period Ending January 22, 2023 Suggested Action: Approve the payroll period as presented.

4. CD-1. Façade & Site Improvement Grant Request for Taco Patio Located at 1022 E. 9th Street in the Amount of $10,000 for Sign Monument Suggested Action: Approve Resolution No. 23-005 the Site Improvement Grant for the property located at 1022 E. 9th Street in the amount of $10,000.00.

5. PD-1. Purchase of Three Police Interceptor Utility Vehicles for a Total Cost Not to Exceed $145,000.00 to Replace Aged Out Vehicles Suggested Action: Approve Resolution No. 23- 008 authorizing the purchase of three Ford Police Interceptor Utilities at a total cost not to exceed $145,000.00.

6. PW-1. Accepting Quote from Environmental Dynamics Int'l. for Lockport South STP Aeration Tanks 1 and 2 Replacement Membranes and Diffusers in an Amount Not-To Exceed $33,226.80 Suggested Action: Approve Resolution No. 23-007 accepting quote from Environmental Dynamics Int'l. for Lockport South STP Aeration Tanks 1 and 2 Replacement Membranes and Diffusers in an amount not to exceed $33,226.80.
