North Aurora, IL, June 3rd, 2022 – Recently, Biden has stated that since he took office, “families are carrying less debt, their average savings are up.” Mark Carroll For Congress offers the following rebuttal:
“I have little doubt that Democrats are responsible for what is happening across our great country,” says Carroll. “ Just look at the gas pumps then tell me you have more savings after spending two dollars more per gallon this year. The average family is being priced out of their communities, jobs, sporting events, movies, and homes. Have you been to a sandwich shop lately? Prices are nearing ten dollars for most of the basic items. We need a strong voice that represents the local people who are feeling the financial burdens of awful policy and weak leadership. I am that voice for Illinois’ 11th Congressional District.”
Even Dan White, Senior Director at Moody’s Analytics recently stated that, “the actions of the administration and Congress have undoubtedly resulted in higher deficits, not smaller ones.”
“According to what I’ve read from Northwestern Mutual in their recent 2022 Planning and Progress study, the average amount of personal savings is down 15 percent,” exclaims Carroll. “There is no average savings increase!”
“Even Biden’s own Labor Secretary admits real wages have declined under the current Administration stating that, ‘wage growth didn’t really grow’ this morning. I have been quite clear from the onset of my Campaign that we need to return the power of government back to the local states and governments – to the people, so that the true power of job growth, wage growth, innovation and technology development can take hold, rescuing this nation from the tipping point of peril. We need strong action in Congress from day one. I am the candidate to deliver that from and for IL-11.”
