In 2020, the property tax paid for this property was $4,526.04, which is 1.81% of the sale price of the home.

This property is one of three sales so far in Shorewood in April 2022.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Mya Elbrink has been registered to vote since 2018. Chanthan Hun Harmon has been registered to vote since 2019. Timothy Matthew Harmon has been registered to vote since 2016 and has voted in at least one primary election, records show, including one Republican Primary.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
