The first quarter of 2022: Home prices in Naperville (Will County) increased

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2022 in Naperville in Will County rose by $37,500 while total sales decreased by 21.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2022, there were 131 homes sold, with a median sale price of $525,000 - a 7.7% increase over the $487,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 166 homes sold in Naperville in the first quarter of 2021.

The median sales tax in Naperville for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $10,698, approximately 2% of the median home sale price for the first quarter of 2022.
