Home prices increased in Minooka (Will County) during the first quarter of 2022

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2022 in Minooka in Will County rose by $46,000 while total sales decreased by 14.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2022, there were six homes sold, with a median sale price of $361,000 - a 14.6% increase over the $315,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were seven homes sold in Minooka in the first quarter of 2021.

The median sales tax in Minooka for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $7,095, approximately 2% of the median home sale price for the first quarter of 2022.
