Park Forest (Will County) home prices rose in the first quarter of 2022

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2022 in Park Forest in Will County rose by $74,001 while total sales remained unchanged with 24 homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2022, there were 24 homes sold, with a median sale price of $136,500 - a 118.4% increase over the $62,499 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 24 homes sold in Park Forest in the first quarter of 2021, as well.
