March 2022: Wilmington experienced a 28.5% drop in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2022 in Wilmington fell by $53,000 while total sales decreased by 33.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2022, there were six homes sold, with a median sale price of $133,000 - a 28.5% decrease over the $186,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were nine homes sold in Wilmington in March 2021.

The median sales tax in Wilmington for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $3,462, approximately 2.6% of the median home sale price for March 2022.
