The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2020 was $6,242.24, 2.93% of the sale price of the home.

This home last sold on Sept. 16, 2009 for $33,000.

So far in March 2022, four properties sold in University Park.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Corey Dione Lewis, 51, was the only registered voter residing at 1026 Samson Drive as of Oct. 10, 2020.
