The home at 21427 Abbey Lane, Crest Hill was sold on March 16 by Daniel Lamont and Michelle S. Murry for $225,000. The buyers were Emmanuel Sanchez and Valerie Torres.

This home last sold on Aug. 2, 2018 for $189,000.

So far in March 2022, 24 properties sold in Crest Hill.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Daniel L. Murry has been registered to vote since 2018. Michelle S. Murry has been registered to vote since 2018 and has voted in at least one primary election, records show, including one Democratic Primary.

The Illinois State Board of Elections data shows that there were three registered voters residing at 21427 Abbey Lane as of Oct. 10, 2020: Daniel L. Murry, 46, Michelle S. Murry, 41, and Carlos J Chaparro, 41.
