Eddie and Nekia Pearson buy 339 Inner Circle Drive, Bolingbrook

On March 17, Robert L. Smith (co-trustee), Alice H. Smith (co-trustee) and Smith Ra (living trust) sold their home at 339 Inner Circle Drive, Bolingbrook to Eddie and Nekia Pearson for $255,470.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2020 was $6,726.92, 2.63% of the sale price of the home.

So far in March 2022, 35 properties sold in Bolingbrook.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Eddie L. Pearson has been registered to vote since 2012. Nekia Nicole Pearson has been registered to vote since 2012 and has voted in at least one primary election, records show, including one Democratic Primary.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
