John Hutman acquires 33737 S. West River Road, Custer Park

On March 14, Suzanne Friddle (successor trustee), Borello Trust 12010 and 12010 Borello (trust) sold their property at 33737 S. West River Road, Custer Park to John Hutman for $180,000.

In 2020, the property tax paid for this property was $1,592.74, which is 0.88% of the sale price of the home.

So far in March 2022, three properties sold in Custer Park.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Wayne R. Borello, 87, was the only registered voter residing at 33737 S. West River Road as of Oct. 10, 2020.
