On March 10, Whitney Denise Mitchell and Calvin Lloyd Williams Sr. purchased a home at 2931 E. Mulberry Court, Willowbrook from Mario and Tara Wade for $314,000.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2020 was $7,177.26, 2.29% of the sale price of the home.

This home last sold on Feb. 17, 2017 for $205,000.

This property is the only sale in Willowbrook so far in March 2022 as of this publication.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Tara Wade has been registered to vote since 2017. Mario A. Wade has been registered to vote since 2017.

The Illinois State Board of Elections data shows that there were four registered voters residing at 2931 E. Mulberry Court as of Oct. 10, 2020: Sharon M Stood, 71, Scott S Stood, 74, Tara Wade, 45, and Mario A. Wade, 40.
