Pricing for the median home in Manhattan increased during February 2022

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2022 in Manhattan rose by $83,500 while total sales decreased by 9.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2022, there were 10 homes sold, with a median sale price of $337,500 - a 32.9% increase over the $254,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 11 homes sold in Manhattan in February 2021.

The median sales tax in Manhattan for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $7,611, approximately 2.3% of the median home sale price for February 2022.
