The home at 1301 Peshtigo Ave., Naperville was sold on Feb. 24 by Laird L. and June M. Palmer for $365,000. The buyers were Faisal and Babar B. Siddiqui, Iqbal Bano and Erum Faisal.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2020 was $8,988.24, 2.46% of the sale price of the home.

So far in February 2022, 20 properties sold in Naperville.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Caroline Edenfield Morris, 52, was the only registered voter residing at 1301 Peshtigo Ave. as of Oct. 10, 2020.
