On Feb. 24, Rosario Geraldine Del purchased a home at 14261 S. Monticello Circle, Plainfield from Omar Garcia and Guillermina Mejia for $287,000.

In 2020, the property tax paid for this property was $5,436.90, which is 1.89% of the sale price of the home.

So far in February 2022, 31 properties sold in Plainfield.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Omar Garcia (39) has been registered to vote since 2019.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
