J. COMMENTS BY PUBLIC

Chair Harris entertained public comments. There was one (1) in-person and four (4) public comment emails. Executive Director Schultz introduced Kathleen Konicki who spoke regarding the Deer Management Program in Homer Glenn, with respect to Messenger Woods Nature Preserve and her opposition with the Deer Management Program. Executive Director Schultz reiterated receiving four (4) emails regarding the same topic opposing the Deer Management program in Messenger Woods Nature Preserve that were read at the Operations Committee meeting prior to this meeting from Andy Panelli, Deboer Woods Homeowners Association, Homer Glen, IL, Joseph Turrise, Homer Glen, IL, Tracy Panepinto, Lockport, IL and Randy Juras, Lockport, IL.
