The three bedroom, one bathroom home at 13 S. Reed St., Joliet was sold on Jan. 20 by Ellen K. Gerard for $170,000. The buyer was Irma Gonzalez.

In 2020, the property tax paid for this property was $3,324, which is 1.96% of the sale price of the home.

So far in January 2022, 128 properties sold in Joliet.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Ellen K. Gerard has been registered to vote since 1995 and has voted in at least five primary elections, records show, including four Republican Primaries.

The Illinois State Board of Elections data shows that there were four registered voters residing at 13 S. Reed St. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Michael R. Ceranek, 75, Ellen K. Gerard, 68, Shishona Renee Athaliah Graze, and David A. Graze, 32.
