On Jan. 21, Vinci Enterprises Inc. purchased a commercial property at 1023 Shagbark Court, Unit 1B, New Lenox from Lupa Edward M. (trustee) and Edward M. Lupa 1995 (trust) for $1,225,000.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2020 was $26,652.60, 2.18% of the sale price of the home.

So far in January 2022, 39 properties sold in New Lenox.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, there were 19 registered voters residing at 1023 Shagbark Court, Unit 1B as of Oct. 10, 2020: Philip Eugene Shirey, Donald Fohran, Nora C.
