On Jan. 19, Daniel and Laurel Valdez purchased a home at 13011 S. Tipperary Court, Plainfield from David M. Lynch (trustee), Susan M. Lynch (trustee) and M. Lynch and Susan M. Lynch David (revocable trust) for $675,000.

The property tax paid for this property in 2020 was $11,227.20. This is 1.66% of the sale price of the home.

This property is one of six sales so far in Plainfield in January 2022.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Susan M. Lynch has been registered to vote since 1999. David M. Lynch has been registered to vote since 1999 and has voted in at least one primary election, records show, including one Republican Primary.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
