On Jan. 19, Chicago Title and Trust Co. (successor trustee), Great Lakes Trust Co. and 07036 Cttc purchased a home at 415 Wisconsin Road, New Lenox from Norma A. Nelson (trustee) and L. Nelson and Norma A. Nelson Gordon (trust) for $350,000.

The property tax paid for this property in 2020 was $9,582.12. This is 2.74% of the sale price of the home.

So far in January 2022, two properties sold in New Lenox.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Norma A. Nelson has been registered to vote since 2002 and has voted in at least five primary elections, records show, including two Republican Primaries.

The Illinois State Board of Elections data shows that there were two registered voters residing at 415 Wisconsin Road as of Oct. 10, 2020: Gordon L. Nelson, 90, and Norma A. Nelson, 91.
