The home at 26257 S. Woodlawn Ave., Crete was sold on Jan. 18 by Denise Eileen Corray (trustee) and Joseph O'Brien Frank (living trust) for $249,900. The buyers were Javier and Ma Teresa Martinez.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2020 was $6,077.20, 2.43% of the sale price of the home.

So far in January 2022, 24 properties sold in Crete.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, there were two registered voters residing at 26257 S. Woodlawn Ave. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Patrick K Obrien, 56, and Frank J. O. Brien, 83.
