160 Monee Road, Park Forest purchased by Zakiya Stanley

On Jan. 18, Zakiya Stanley purchased a home at 160 Monee Road, Park Forest from Andrew E. Schissler for $100,000.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2020 was $3,879.08, 3.88% of the sale price of the home.

This home last sold for $94,000 on Aug. 20, 2004.

So far in January 2022, five properties sold in Park Forest.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Amy Schissler, was the only registered voter residing at 160 Monee Road as of Oct. 10, 2020.
