The home at 2221 Parkrose St., Crest Hill was sold on Dec. 30 by Pearl Lynn Kirman for $160,000. The buyer was Brenda Almaraz Sanchez.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2020 was $1,671.76, 1.04% of the sale price of the home.

So far in December 2021, 25 properties sold in Crest Hill.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Pearl L. Kirman has been registered to vote since 1968 and has voted in at least two primary elections, records show, including one Republican Primary.

The Illinois State Board of Elections data shows that there were two registered voters residing at 2221 Parkrose St. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Pearl L. Kirman, 81, and William R. Kirman, 85.
