4. White-tailed Deer Management Program

Executive Director Schultz gave a brief overview of the Deer Management Program. Schultz stated the District has updated the program management plan with new data gathered over the last 10 years regarding our activities in the preserves. We will be holding a public meeting at the Homer Glen Village Hall on Thursday, August 26th to discuss deer culling at Messenger Woods which we are recommending restarting in 2021/2022.
