The third quarter of 2021: Home prices in Naperville (DuPage County) increased

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2021 in Naperville in DuPage County rose by $47,000 while total sales increased by 19.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2021, there were 531 homes sold, with a median sale price of $417,000 - a 12.7% increase over the $370,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 443 homes sold in Naperville in the third quarter of 2020.

The median sales tax in Naperville for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $7,935, approximately 1.9% of the median home sale price for the third quarter of 2021.
