On Sept. 2, Veronica Carranza and Sonia Rios purchased a home at 248 Butte View Drive, Bolingbrook from Abraham Alvin and Abraham Chinju K. for $320,000.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2020 was $8,015.26, 2.5% of the sale price of the home.

This home last sold on Nov. 1, 2005 for $246,000.

So far in September 2021, six properties sold in Bolingbrook.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Alvin K. Abraham has been registered to vote since 2018.

The Illinois State Board of Elections data shows that there were four registered voters residing at 248 Butte View Drive as of Oct. 10, 2020: Alvin K. Abraham, 32, James G. Griffin, 57, Abraham Kandathil Thomas, and Chinju Abraham.
