On Aug. 26, Darcy A. Reed and Nicholas D. Renna sold their home at 2565 Crystal Drive, Crystal Lawns to Kenneth Pogorzelski for $334,000.

In 2019, the property tax paid for this property was $4,585.42, which is 1.37% of the sale price of the home.

This home last sold for $187,000 on Aug. 5, 1999.

So far in August 2021, this is the only property that sold in Crystal Lawns as of this publication.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Darcy A. Reed has been registered to vote since 1999 and has voted in at least nine primary elections, records show, including one Democratic Primary and eight Republican Primaries.

The Illinois State Board of Elections data shows that there were seven registered voters residing at 2565 Crystal Drive as of Oct. 10, 2020: Logan Jn Reed, 26, Patsie R. Renna, 86, Nick D. Renna, 65, Neal A. Renna, 32, Sean Patrick Burns, 35, Darcy A. Reed, 62, and Charles G. Reed, 86.
