On Aug. 27, Sana F Jaddi-Velez and Mazher M Jaddi purchased a home at 9 Keller Court, Bolingbrook from Chicago Title Land Trust Co. (trustee) and 8002383559 CTLTC for $535,000.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2019 was $9,776.02, 1.83% of the sale price of the home.

This home last sold on April 14, 2016 for $449,555.

So far in August 2021, 23 properties sold in Bolingbrook.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, there were two registered voters residing at 9 Keller Court as of Oct. 10, 2020: Earnest J. Davis, 42, and Judith C. Davis, 38.
